Refunds & Replacements
✦ Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for any item.
✦ Replacements/refunds will not be granted for second/B-grade, clearance, discount, and/or discontinued items.
✦ Replacements will be granted for an identical item purchased if: (1.) the item arrives damaged, and (2.) if the item is still in stock. Replacements will not be given for any international order. Photos will need to be provided of the damaged item. Replacements will be granted upon the merchant's discretion.
✦ Refunds will only be given if: (1.) the item arrives damaged, and (2.) there is no stock left to replace it. All international orders will be given refunds for any damaged items. Photos will need to be provided of the damaged item. Refunds will be granted upon the merchant's discretion.
✦ Refunds may be given in the event the buyer receives the wrong item and the correct item is no longer in stock.
✦ Replacements/refunds may only be requested within 14 days after purchase (25 for international).
✦ All orders with in-stock items will be shipped within 1-5 business days after payment has been processed. Any orders containing preorder items or items not in stock will not be shipped until all items are in stock.
✦ Orders may be combined, but cannot be guaranteed. If you'd like to combine orders, please contact me ASAP.
✦ First Class Domestic: 2-5 business days
✦ Priority Mail (US): 1-3 business days
✦ First Class International: 7-21 business days
✦ We are not responsible for any customs/import fees.
✦ We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact your local mail carrier.
